Services
The Services page displays the current status of EPMware background services and allows administrators to start or stop them as needed.

Available Services

Service Management
Starting Services
- Navigate to Administration → Services
- Identify stopped services (red status)
- Click Start button for service
- Wait for status to change to "Running"
- Verify in service log
Stopping Services
- Check for active processes
- Click Stop button
- Confirm stop action
- Wait for graceful shutdown
- Status changes to "Stopped"
Service Dependencies
Some services depend on others. For example, Deployment Service requires Workflow Service to be running.
Service Configuration
Service parameters are configured in Global Settings:

Service Monitoring
Monitor service health through: - Status indicators on Services page - Service logs in Administration → Logs - System alerts for service failures - Performance metrics dashboard
